I feel awful. I know some of you are having hot flashes too-mine started about a week or so ago and they seem to just get worse. Or it's the Fl weather making them seem worse. I've also been sick in the a.m right when I get up, but then have been ok. Well now it's like I'm back to the first trimester. I'm so not hungry and just sick to my stomach. I started to wonder if I got a stomach bug, but then recalled my mw said nausea was normal at this point, so thinking it's an extra surge in hormones. And to top if off my bowls are getting a lot looser than they have been which I think is a good sign? I feel like a first time mom. I had none of this with ds at the end. Sorry about the grump, but I know dh can't quite relate.

First, (((HUGS)))
Second, it does sound like hormones.
I don't know what to tell ya, but *this is the end* (do do dooo)
How close are you to your edd? Maybe this is the 'pre-labor' stuff starting? I think my best advice would be to try to slow it down, take it easy, REST, stay hydrated and be patient.
Baby will be here soon... this is probably just your body's way of telling you (nicely!
) that you need to chill out because it's trying to get a baby fully cooked and OUT of there!
I've *reallllly* had to take my own advice here in the last week or so because I still want to GO GO GO (in my head) but my body just laaaags behind... *sigh* I seriously feel like Tigger in my brain, but I'm stuck in Eyeore's body!
(the perfect mental image, eh?)

Well, edd is next Friday for the u/s, otherwise it would be the 17th. So it pushed me into the 39th wk, which starts Monday for me.
I've really had to watch how much I'm doing too. Though yesterday I just couldn't help it and did stuff all day. Kept thinking to myself I was going to be one tired woman if I went into labor in the night. Ended up being restless all night too and just couldn't sleep very well. I feel like my brain is a tigger too-all of a sudden something "has to be done and now". I'm working on a 1000 piece puzzle to make myself stop and do nothing while ds naps. At least it takes my focus on to something else.

You know what I had these exact symptoms a week or so ago, I even started a thread about it on here.
You know how I got it to go away? Water. I know, duh, right? But, even though I was already drinking tons of water I tried almost doubling it one day and ta-da! hot flashes and nausea completely gone!!
So try it...the worst that can (and will!) happen is that you're peeing all day long. Although my body did seem to regulate after a few days and now I'm not peeing as often.
