So now I have these giant visible blue veins running all down the sides of my stomach. They're not vericose veins (which are only on the legs? right?), they look like just normal veins, just bizarrely close to the skin.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

the veins visibility is a symptom of pregnancy. You'll also notice them on your chest usually.

yeah, they were on my chest earlier. It's funny cause I told my husband last evening, "don't worry, the veins will go away as soon as it's done breastfeeding," and then a few hours later, they had spread!!!
(My husband is possibly the only man who is not enamored of the enlarged boobage. He always claimed my size As were "exactly perfect." However, he is also the first person to say, "well, there will be a lot of changes in your body. you will be a different kind of perfect.")
