Eating. All. The. Time.

The only time I feel good is when I'm actively eating. And I do mean the only time. As soon as I'm done eating I feel like crap. I'm going to gain so much weight this pregnancy if this keeps happening.

I can't sleep. I can't nap. I can't smoke.

What is small, inexpensive, and yet not horrible that I could keep putting into my mouth over and over so I can feel okay? :

mints?

I'm the same way.

I've been doing the same thing. I keep telling myself that this must mean that I'm going to lose a ton of weight from breastfeeding this time around.

Raisins.

I feel carsick if I let my stomach get totally empty. (I've already gained my entire first trimester's amount of weight in seven weeks. Only seven to go!!) Anyway, raisins appear to be the perfect food if I eat them one at a time. Like a morphine drip

I have lost a few pounds from m/s, but today noticed I feel better when I am always snacking....and I don't like snacking! I ate a whole box of my gluten-free crackers today. Raisins are a good idea. I have been making apple-walnut salad and eating that throughout the days. Maybe I could make some trail mix?

Now if I start eating all day I will gain like crazy. Oh well. It seems ironic that one can gain so much weight through morning sickness!!!! I think I gained 15 of my 34 pounds in the first trimester with ds!! My SIL was telling me that she looks forward to getting pregnant because one of her friends lost a ton of weight from m/s Well, usually the opposite happens! It's not really a weight loss plan either.

I hate morning sickness!: I just have to get through this month....

boy, i'm not sure. i keep eating carrots and celery. it's funny, the first time around it was apples and oranges.

my m/s seems much worse this time around. in san francisco i'd get a huge burrito and just eat bites all day long. here we have one restaurant and it's like a very bad Denny's.

i keep thinking i want to get some mint gum since my mouth always tastes so yucky. i tried some brown rice sweetened cough drops and they were pretty gross. triscuits are good.

This was me EXACTLY last week. It will get better, I promise. Are you staying super busy? That really helped me at first with smoking urges.

I like to have jolly ranchers or lifesavers all the time. It makes me feel better with the nausea and excessive spit which also encourages the nausea.

It seems that something that settles my stomach is fine for a day or two and then UGH.. I don't want it anymore. But I really think the taste of my own mouth is whats making me eat. It tastes so horrible! Brushing doesn't fix it, as soon as the saliva is back so is that taste! So I eat to keep that taste away.

I eat dates - they taste like chocolate. Yum.
