Ok. I admit we still eat a lot of processed foods, but we're working on that. I have, however, started planning meals! This is a big step for me, since I usually don't even think about eating until I'm starving. So thinking about what to eat a week and sometimes 2 in advance is a big deal. But it feels good to do this, and hopefully we'll be all natural soon, and then maybe even organic. That's my goal by the end of the year, but I don't expect it to be easy...
