anyone else showing?

This is my second pregnacy and after trying almost since my first son was born I'm finally preg! Due march 2nd. Before I even took a test, when I missed my period, my stomach popped out over night (about 5lbs!) I couldn't believe it-my weight usally dosn't go up and down much and I hadn't eat more or anything. People started coming up to me and asking if I was pregnent--since were not telling people yet I had to lie but I'm thinking I'm not going to be able to hide this for long. Since finding out I've been eating super health, no sugar, and lots of veggies and trying to eat lighter but my stomach just keeps sticking out! Is this normal--anyone else? With my first I didn't start showing until 4monthes then I got really big (my son was 9lb 4oz) and was hoping I wouldn't get as big this time but if it's starting already...

Wow! That does seem really soon. Are you sure your dates are right?

I know I've shown a little sooner with each pregnancy but still the earliest I started poking out was 3 months.

I think it's fun to show and reassuring somehow. Proof that there's a little one growing inside. Flaunt the bump with pride!

My stomach was never flat to begin with, but I'm not showing anything new. I can't wait until I pop out, and everyday I look in the mirrow to check.

I have not had a flat stomach since I was 17! But right now it is impossible for me to suck my stomach in as I usually do. I feel quite bloated all the time. I don't think I look pregnant, but I don't feel the same in my abdomen as usual.

Can't wait until I actually look pregnant though!

I have a little bump already too! This is my 4th so I'm sure that's why. I'm glad I'm not the only one that is starting to show already!

I've had this little gut that's formed ... I remember this happening with the last pregnancy too! I am so excited to get a big round belly!

I have the same thing happening!! Everyone can tell that I am pregnant and I'm only 5 weeks. This is my 2nd and I am normally very slender with a flat stomach so it's very noticeable on me.

I'm not any bigger than before, but I feel like my belly is a little harder. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, though!

Yeah, it seemed like the day after my test my belly started feeling fuller and sticking out. With DD#1, I started to gain weight by 6 weeks, was bloated by 5 weeks. With DD #2, I was in mat clothes by 6 weeks. For me, I gain weight pretty quickly in the beginning and then it slows down in the second trimester.

I broke down and bought maternity pants today. I finally addmitted that I need them. I fit into my size 6 jeans just fine, except when I sit down, at which point the pants cut sharply into me just above the pubic bone, causing cramping and achiness. Maybe it's not possble to be showing this early, but something is going on with my belly, and it's not just bloating.

I feel a little more bloated but I dont feel like I am 'showing' yet. This is baby #5 for us, I am currently 5'2 and about 110lbs, so I think everyones body is just different =)

I'm bigger than before - I can still fit into my clothes, but like a pp said, I cam't suck my tummy in much, and after eating, forget about it.

I don't think I'm "showing" necessarily, but my body is definitely changing . . .

I started showing with Riley at 6 weeks, that was in April. This time, after the m/c I worked out a lot and lost 10lbs. My abs are a lot harder but I was showing a lot when I lost him and I still have the skin sag. I think I'll show a bit later this time.

I definitely don't look pregnant, and all of my size-four clothes still fit, but I've gained five pounds and I notice a difference. My waist is thicker and my belly is poofing out a bit.

I'm not showing at all!!! In fact, I didn't know I was pregnant and was going through a really devastating break up with my ex - the kind where you can't eat, sleep or move...and I lost quite a bit of weight. Now that I know I am pregnant, I am eating right and taking care of myself. Every time I want to have a sobbing episode, I think of the little life in me. It still feels surreal. So, I will be happy when I do show...it will make it more real to me.

So I am either getting fatter or my belly is growing. My 5 yr old said to me today, "mommy I think your shirt is too small." Nice.....I'm not even 5 weeks yet!

I feel the same way.

I am only 4 weeks and 3 days, but my stomach feels huge!!! I carry extra weight so my stomach is a bit fat anyway, but this is crazy.

I went to put on some black pants and they were too small. I would have thought I'd be losing weight after giving up alcohol and all the brie, etc that I love so much.

It doesn't just feel like bloating either.

This is my first. It's very exciting.

Chris
