I know that a lot of women experience this. I just had some pinky-brown tinged mucous when I wiped this afternoon and basically wanted reassurance even though I know it isn't a bad sign. I'm 6w4d.

I had it around this time with both my first two pregnancies, and I spotted a lot in the beginning with this one though it had let up. Today, when I wiped, there was a drop again. Mine has always been mostly mucous with a tinge of blood, and mostly when I wipe. I had an ultrasound with my first to find the source and there was none visible.
I would try not to worry, though I know that's hard to do!!

Lauren - I had some brown spotting about a week ago, and since then, have been told it's totally normal to have as everything is growing and stretching and as your blood volume increases.
As long as it isn't bright red and no painful cramps, you and the babe are okay

I'm really crampy this pregnancy and have lot of cervical discomfort. Every time I bear down for a bowel movement, I end up with mucousy, pink or brown spotting when I wipe at my next bathroom visit. It's worrisome I know but I think (hope) it's normal. I'm 6w1d.
