Best DVDs showing homebirth/gentle birth/waterbirth?

Can anyone recommend a good DVD that shows a gentle birth? I would like to give something like this to my daughter's part-time babysitter, a dear friend who has agreed to be at our homebirth to act as "sibling doula" for our daughter (who is 3). I'd like for her - and by extension, my daughter - to be exposed to the idea that birth doesn't have to be a source of fear. She's an open-minded gal but she's never witnessed a birth before, so I'd like to make her as comfortable as possible with what she can expect. My first birth was mostly pretty mellow, thanks in part to a lot of hypnobirthing.
I remember seeing "Birth into Being" when I was pregnant with #1, and something like that would be ideal... but unfortunately it seems that BIB is no longer being sold. Instead the woman who made it has got a new, expanded, renamed video which apparently gets into a lot of other stuff like "lotus births" and what have you - which might be a little too far out for my sitter friend!
Love to hear your recommendations... thanks!

I really, really like "Birth as we Know it." Lots of great waterbirths, etc. It is kind of "hippyish," so you might want to take that into account, depending on your babysitters personality. Also, there is the film "Birth Day," which is the absolutely gorgeous labor and birth of a midwife in Mexico. I love the film, but think the $50 price tag is a little much for one ten minute birth (although there is lots of additional interviews and such in the special features.)

A free way to see some home births is to check out YouTube. Yes, there is lots of horrible horrible stuff, but a few people have posted some beautiful births that are calm, peaceful and very homegrown. I like this one:

and you can search for others. I'd preview them and maybe send your gal some specific ones that make sense. Some are stills instead of video which could be good too.

Also, there is a video of a homebirth of twins that is wonderful, though it is unassisted and twins which might be more than you want to get into...but there is a toddler there and it's just so lovely.

Good luck!

Yes, me three!!!

It is a great video that comes in the sleeve of the book by the same name. It is also one of my favorite books as it single handedly convinced me that a homebirth was right for me when I became pregnant with my son. The book and DVD have a special place in my heart!

Birth Day is my very favorite! Noa Was Born is also wonderful and you can get it for just $10.

I love Birth Day I also agree about Gentle Birth Choices being great, too.

I really liked this one: Born In Water: A Sacred Journey. The births shown are so moving. I googled to find the exact title and found it here.

The Russian waterbirth video--I can't remember the name. The births were beautiful and the babies were treated kindly and gently (no suctioning, rough exams, etc.).

Isn't there a great website with pictures of gentle births? I went there once but can't remember the name, and googling "birth stories" and variations thereof doesn't seem to find it.

I'd love to check it out again, and look at some of the pics with my 3 yo, who will be 3.5 yo when #2 is born. Right now she says she wants to see the baby born, which would be awesome, but I would like her to be prepared for what she'll see. And I'd rather not spend money We're saving like crazy right now to be able to afford the homebirth itself!

We saw "Birth Day" in our Bradley class, and my husband (who has been hesitant about the whole natural/home birth thing from the beginning and has passionately hated every minute of Bradley classes) actually liked it! He liked the way the husband was so zen and yet completely present and supportive.

Birth as We Know It is so lovely with the music and cinematagraphy. My dh cried through the whole thing, which is super unusual for him.
