Well since Keri's starting, is anyone 39wks this week? We have an appt on Tues. The other day I had cx 10min apt for about 3hrs that didn't go anywhere. My mw's have me due this week based on u/s so we'll see. How's everyone else doing?

I'm 39 weeks starting tomorrow. Due the 16th. Same ol' same ol' here... cramps and BH out the wazoo but nothing real yet.

Hello there... I am kind of in between 38-39 weeks, as I will be 39 weeks on Wed. (EDD 7-19). lots of BH, lots last night from 7:45p until this morning, usually between 5-8 minutes apart, and somewhat longer in between during the night. As I said in the weekly thread, my DS1 has stomach flu, and was throwing up every 5-20 minutes until 6:30 a.m. today. Didn't do much for my reserve of sleep- ha! Oh well, hopefully the BH slow down and decrease in intensity, as my OB is still out of town for the next 7 days, and my DS1 has a fever, which would mean he couldn't come to the hospital, and would be away from me sick-- definitely not ideal. So, good thoughts to all of you, and hope you are all hanging in there!

I'm 39 weeks tomorrow... no more appointments unless I go past EDD. Tons of BH here, some low cramping/twinges, increased mucus. And more tears than usual. Our nest is so close to being adequately ready, my Mom is here and my Dad arrives on Tuesday. I do think this baby will be here this week!

ok, so today for no apparent reason (nesting, I guess) I decided I had to clean all the crevaces in the kitchen... like under the upper cabinets and polishing the toaster. My daughter was soooo cute helping me (she's 18 mos). It seems like such a useless "nesting" urge, though, because, seriously there are some things that would be much more useful for me to focus my attention on. I guess it's the most "nesting-y" nesting I've done so far, though.

I think I'm done on the nesting frenzy finally. But then we have some cousins here and we've just been out walking so much and today swimming that I think my energy got sapped. I have some inlaws coming this up coming weekend and next Wed so we sort of hope baby decides to come before that or after they leave.
I picked up the nb prefolds last week and boy are they tiny. I can't believe we're having a baby soon. Almost every day it seems another momma here has her baby. It's been fun to check and see who.
And I finished the 1000 piece puzzle I started as a game to see if it would get done before baby, and now am faced with if I should start another or not. It helps to make me sit and relax for a bit.

I'm here, 7/15 is my official dd.
I'm enjoying this because my son came a little early. I still have a bit that I should do to make things easier when I actually am in labor, but I'm still procrastinating... as much nesting as I'm doing-- what a contrast. LOL

It rained this evening... so I'm so much better now, the heat was so draining this morning.

Oh, and my feet hurt so much all the time now... and are swollen too. I will be looking forward to that going away.

Heck, why not?? You probably will finish it before you have to worry about the baby getting into the pieces... even if it takes you 6 months to do

Instead of NAK, you can NAP (nursing at puzzle).

We did a test run on the birth pool today (homebirth) and it was soooooo nice... I think i want to do that every night... hehehe . I didn't have many BH today or cramping (I've been having so much lately), but after I got out of the pool, I had tons of BH. Seems weird that I'd get more AFTER relaxing.

39 weeks here. My EDD is July 15th.
I've had increasing numbers of BH ctx the last couple of days, but nothing that I would think about timing. Other than that, no signs of labor on the horizon. I'm trying to be patient and I think I'm succeeding considering I'm the most impatient person I know.

I just want a nice, healthy home birth and a healthy baby at the end. :

Wow, are there a lot of us due 7/15? That's my due date too, and still have no signs of labor. I'm getting really impatient, and I had been really convinced this baby would come early. It's the anticipation that I can't stand-- come out already, baby!!

With due dates ranging from 7/13 to 7/20 ("officially" 7/17 by lmp), I'm hovering between feeling not even close and thinking it might be by the end of the weekend. No imminent signs of labor, but I didn't have any with my first. Hubby just finished a big exam, so any time now would be fine. The only sign I've had was my midwives encouraging us to stay within an hour's drive of home at this week's 39 wk appt.

Official EDD, 7/17 - still waiting.... my older DD was born at a little over 37 weeks, so this waiting is getting to me - BH, contrax off & on, but just getting bigger & more awkward.
