Breast Tenderness and Fatigue trailing off??

This is my first post on MDC that says I'm preggie, and yippeee for me! :

I tested positive on 29 June, and saw a gynea yesterday. We estimated that I am around 5 weeks+. Thing is, since 1-2 weeks back, I've been experiencing more fatigue than usual and my breasts were SO sensitive that it was unbelievable, it even hurt when I was taking a shower. :

But I noticed that the breast tenderness kinda faded these few days. Does anyone know why? Is this normal? I guess I am kinda worried cause symptoms are supposed to get worse, not better right? :

On one hand, I am really hoping to sail through this pregnancy with ease, unlike the horrible whole-day nausea I had when pregnant with my DD (I threw up like 20 times a day, day to night), on the other hand, I really needed assurance, gwim?

For those who know anything about symptoms and why/when they fade, please share your experience and wisdom with me, thanks!

Hi. I can only share with you what's happened to me. I thought I was out for sure last Tuesday. I woke up in the early hours, feeling def. NOT pregnant (I'd tested pos on 29th June too) - all my symptoms had gone. My breasts were so soft and not at all tender, I didn't feel in the slightest sick. I cried and cried - after 5 previous miscarriages, I thought that was it. I had spotting later that day which confirmed my certainty that I was miscarrying. I am booked in for an US on Thursday am to see what's going on. However, just since Friday - my breasts are tender again, and, dare I say it, that sickly feeling has set in. From what I've read, symptoms DO come & go although in my experience their going has been closely followed by a m/c. At the moment I am cautiously optimistic. I hope all is well with you - let me know.
But does anyone else out there have experiences to share about disappearing symptoms? Have they disappeared early and stayed away? Have they gone only to return? Please share for those of us in fear!
