One of the things that saves me on a regular basis is the pre-cooked perdue chicken, I can get a three pack at BJ's for just $10 and itcan be used in so many different ways. My current favorite quick meal for all of us is to cook up some extra wide egg noodles and a bunch of frozen broccoli (all in the same pot - they cook for the same amount of time), chop up some of the chicken, drain the noodles and mix everything together with a bit of oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic. The whole thing takes less that 10 minutes to prepare and isn't all that unhealthy.

: to go with the rotisserre chicken we bought. because that was the only thing that sounded even remotely good to me.
: at least it doesn't have transfat.
