We recently found out through testing that DD is allergic to egg yolks, but not egg whites. Now, the egg protein that people react to is just in the white, so I was a bit surprised. Is there another component or protein of any type in the yolk that causes reactions? I'm so confused by this : but I know she reacts because I've seen it. I just don't get why!
