has anyone experimented with the ezekiel sprouted grain breads while eating gluten free? i have been told by our kinesiologist- who i have had great success with- that my son can now tolerate the sprouted grain breads. he is 21 months old and him and i have been gluten free since he was a newborn. i'm scared! anyone have any good or bad luck with these breads?
thanks.

Sprouting wheat makes it easier to digest, and would make sense possibly with wheat sensitivity, but I would think it would still contain gluten :

Sprouted gluten grains are not gluten-free.

thank you for your replies. although i am not questioning whether or not the breads have wheat/gluten- i know that they do. however i have heard that some people with a gluten sensitivity are able to tolerate the sprouted grain breads and just wanted to see if anyone had tried them and found they were safe to eat- or not. i realize its completely an individual thing but am just looking for some anecdotal evidence. thanks again.
