I am curious as to what everyone is working on!

Me:
Making slings! I made 4 this morning- they turned out awesome!
Baby rompers for DD- super cute and quick and easy and rickrack make them 'fancy'!.
Quilt block of the month- a marti michell quilt with templates. I am half way through plus I just finished up my log cabin filler blocks- Marti Michell also has a fab log cabin ruler that I used- well worth the $9- but that is because I am lazy.
I still need to quilt DSs quilt- it is a flannel funny farm quilt that I am going to stipple with my regular machine- it matches DDs quilt and they turned out sooo cute!
In the back of my mind I keep tossing around the idea of doing an egg money sampler of depression fabrics- but need to finish my other projects first!

The backlog contains:

- a monkey-wrench quilt for some good friends
- Baby quilt for my grand niece (September baby)
- Baby quilt for some good friends (September baby)
- Maybe a baby quilt for our neighbor - whose dd1 and mine are only 3 days apart in age and pretty inseparable (also a September baby)
- silk skirt made from a Edwardian petticoat pattern
- 1 or 2 blouses for me
- 1 or 2 jumper/sundresses for dd

There's probably more...I have a habit of collecting fabrics for quilts without being really clear on what it will be. My next big quilt project will be a variation on an Irish Chain, using only clothing scraps, and probably with applique in the open areas. This would be for my quilt guild's next show, a year from October. So I need to finish the backlog of clothing projects before starting it. :

ETA How could I forget! Dh picked out shirt fabric for himself on a couple of our trips. I really should make the shirts soon. I think there's yardage for 2.

Let me see:

- doll clothing (dress & blouse) for DD's fav doll
- fleece jacket for DS
- wrap skirt for me

those are the projects cut and/or half sewn that I have in progress. There are a million more that I purchased fabric and patterns for that have yet to be begun!

I have many unfinished projects too but my problem in the opposite - I get supper inspired during the summer. Designa are flying through my head so fast I can barely keep up!
Right now I am working on an awsome skirt - kind of late forties styled but not at all- some button accents - I love it!
- I always have some Mei Tais in progress, as I sell them I get inspired to make more.
- working on designing the perfect pants pattern

So many more on my "Things to finish shelf" I can't even remember them to add to this list!
Have fun sewing everyone.

On my cutting mat I have a diaper bag waiting, which I finished cutting yesterday and now need to begin actual sewing and construction.

I just finished capes for the older three children and now need to begin one for the baby.

I have about six or seven diapers cut out and waiting to be sewn.

Stacks and stacks of fabrics and patterns staring at me and begging me to use them

A skirt for myself. I found a fabulous fabric which I'm anxious to make into a ME skirt, but haven't yet gotten around to.
