teeth coming in

i was under the impression that teeth usually come in in a certain order. is there any truth to this? my first tewo children got thier teeth in the sameorder in alogical sequence. dd#3 is all over the place. Her two bottom teeth came in and then the one to the left. so for a couple ofmonths she had just three teeth. odd but OK (the other girls got thiers in pairs). then last night she cut two on top. front left skip front right and then the next one (does that make sense).

So is there supposed to be an order? if so is this an indication that she may have problems?

As I understand it teeth come in differently depending on the child. My dd cut the two bottom middle first and then one on top next to the two middle ones. Not too worry. Dentists have names and #'s of these teeth that I have yet to learn. I think there might be threads on this issue too.
