Hi everyone,
A mom called me today who is pregnant with twins. One of the babies has been shown to have an encephelacele (sp?) in the back of the babies head.
Mom wants to have a vaginal birth, and her doctor is understanding. She contacted me to help her. I haven't worked with anyone yet whose baby has this condition, but looked up a bit of information online.
Can anyone tell me what her chances are for vaginal birth, and how does the pressure from contractions effect the babies encephelacele?
Thanks for your help.
