Help with Knobbed Cylinders

I have some knobbed cylinders. The wood has expanded and now I can't get a couple of the cylinders out. I've tried putting it in the fridge to cool it down to see if that helps, but it doesn't.

Does anyone know how I can get them out without damaging it??

Thanks!

sit them out in the sun for a bit, the wood might have expanded from moisture.

I can't put them outside but I could try a sunny window. It's so frustrating trying to get them out of there. LOL. It's a lesson in patience for me.

Many times the cylinder blocks have small holes in the bottom to push a stuck cylinder through.
If your blocks have no holes in the bottom, you could drill a small hole just to the cylinder and then push a small stick through to push the cylinder out.
Have they got wet? If so, it seems as though the sunny window is a good bet. Once they dry completely, the cylinder should slide out.
Alternatively, pour olive oil over it to lubricate the cylinder, you could then rub it in to polish the wood.
