I see that someone else already suggested Autumn Elizabeth. I thought that too after reading your post. Autumn Elizabeth (or Elisabeth) is beautiful and has the connections you're looking for without the popularity.

Ava is such a beautiful name! I wouldn't mind it for a daughter of mine. I haven't met many little Ava's yet- but the Ava I know who's our mothers' age is extraordinary. Ava Elizabeth Dover is lovely.

I'm not sure Ava Dover sounds good. You wouldn't be calling her by her full name, she would hear Ava Dover all the time. I think it has too many V sounds.

Another vote for Autumn Elisabeth.

I voted for Ava Elisabeth for the family connection, but I also love Avanel. You could call her Ava (or Nell/ Nelly) and if there are three Avas in her class, she could go by her whole name.

i like the autumn elisabeth idea. but i'm biased cuz i LOVE the name autumn (that is one girl name i have on my list...that and rowan i love!) and also sage. my name is lisbeth so i like the spelling of elisabeth...

I like the Autumn Elisabeth suggestion...I actually thought that when I read the poll, then saw that other posters had the same suggestion. I also like the Avanel suggestion.

(I voted for Autumn Sage, BTW, even though I am not crazy about Sage, or the two-nature-names thing.)

I think Ava Elizabeth is a beautiful name but it's so common lately... if you don't mind a popular name, go for it!
