I hope I'm posting this in the right place.

I'm 34 weeks now and ordering some red raspberry leaves to make tea (I have some fruity RRL herbal tea bags now, but I'd rather just have straight RRL tea). I am also ordering some arnica tablets for after the birth.

But I've heard that squaw vine/partridge berry is also good for toning the uterus to prepare it for birth. The herbalist I'm ordering from sells dried squaw vine, not pills. Does anyone know how much (ratio) I should incorporate into my RRL to make a good tea? Or how much I should be drinking in a day?
