ignore the giant garage on the side.. if you click on the house pick near the bottom, you get more of the gardens and additions on the house (still didn't do the house justice, though imo).. it is sad.. the house itself is listed as a "tear down" wouldn't that make all the Malfoys grin?
Your link doesn't work for me

Aww, that is a cool house!
The other pic (including their garden) really does remind me of the Weasley's house.
Yikes though, spendy for a tear down!

At first I thought I was misinterpreting the term "tear down" but I don't see how.. It did have a pretty big lot, and it is in a part of town where people are allowed to ride horses on the roadside trails.. so I guess it would have some takers.. but yeah, I thought it was pretty expensive considering it is a lot and a garage, really..

i posted a while back about hermione tackling harry all the time - thanks to whomever cleared that up for me! i am glad it is a relatively small thing in the book that is kept in all the movies.

also, i haven't read through the whole thread yet, but i wanted to mention that this is the first movie with the 'new' dumbledore actor where i actually felt he was portraying dumbledore. i was really not pleased with the choice of actor in the last few films, but i am now officially over it and can move on!

i liked the way that when harry arrived at grimauld place the whole place plus the dress of the members of the order had a distinctly marxist / communist revolution feel to it - way cool!

I don't know what to say, you might have to type it in manually, Autumnmama got it to work, though.

DH got this for me for Christmas and I'm glad to have it. But seriously, this movie pretty much stunk. They left so much out and changed so much around. Why can't they make better HP movies? I've been so disappointed with the last two. And why do they have to have a new director for each one? It really throws things off. They try so hard to make it "their own" that it makes the movies seem choppy. Bleh. Bleh. Bleh. Bleh.

I was very disappointed to learn the director that did this one will also direct HBP. I am on edge just thinking of how it will be buggered up.

We watched the dvd on Christmas day. Lucius was luscious, as ever. I loved the battle at the Ministry, though the smoke trails got in the way. I like it better this time, except -I still can't get past the loss of Harry's fit in Dumbledore's office. Figgy's valium induced performance- forgiven. Lily missing from Snape's Worst Memory- forgiven, if only Harry had broken a couple of Dumbledore's metal objects, blown Dumbledore's hair back, and if Dumbledore had explained a bit to him. And Dumbledore's single tear at the end of the scene. Really, was that too much to ask??!

I've washed my hands of the movies. Well, no, I haven't. I want to consider them completely separately from the books, but I can't.
