I could probably post this in the nutrition forum, but I "know" y'all here a bit better and figure that at least Jane has something to say.
I've never made yogurt before, but I just bought my yogurt maker (yay craigslist!) and I'm going to the store tomorrow to buy starter etc.
I'm nervous, though, because most of the commercially available soy yogurt out there is NASTY. Wholesoy is the only exception I've found (and man, is their frozen yogurt good!) So I am here asking for hints and suggestions to keep mine from tasting yucky.
