Feeling so yucky in the AM

Anyone else having trouble getting out of bed? My stomach is growling as soon as I'm awake, and then that nauseous feeling is there. I can't eat breakfast, because I have to get the girls food first.. so its so difficult to walk around and do what I have to do feeling that way. Ugh. Once I eat something I feel a lot better, but before that? :

yep, I've been requesting closing shifts only at work because I just plain feel like crap until around lunch time. Even though I have the morning sickness pretty much under control now, I still just feel slow and like I just want to lay around in the morning.

maybe you could pack yourself breakfast! make a little pb&j or some kashi crackers or something like that and stash it beside your bed before you go to sleep at night. that way you don't even have to get out of bed in the morning to get something in your tummy.

i too am feeling yucky in the am. i have to get up at 5 am for work, so that dosen't help either. this morning i drank a big glass of ice water, had some chamomile/spearamint tea and some ginger chews. that helped a lot. later on i ate a bowl of plain oatmeal. i still felt yucky all day, just not AS yucky.

Hmm... I wonder if some crackers or trail mix would work?

Now.. just to eat SOME and not all of it.

i have that. but ya know what? nothing is going to stop me from vomitting. I'm accepting it. basically i'm starving all the time. and nauseous. But if I eat, I vomit. and if i don't eat, I vomit. seriously, it doesn't get any better than this!
honestly I would try packing a little cooler with some breakfast for the morning and eating before you get out of bed or in bed int he middle of the night. that might help you from feeling absolutely starving to the point where you get sick over it.
