Does anyone know where a good site is to get a belly cast kit?

I think just do a google search. I did one with my last pregnancy at about 38 weeks. It was really fun to do and I love to look at it now! I painted and sealed it decorated it with ribbon and the baby's name, date of birth and his foot prints. My kids love to look at it and remember when Trevor was in my belly! I highly recommend doing one if you have never done it before!

How do you seal it? Do the kits come w/ it? I wanna put all the kids hand prints on it and then the babies foot prints and birth stats when he/she gets here then seal it...I can't wait!

I used some stuff that I got at Michaels called Jesso. It is really thick goopy stuff that you paint on, it made the cast much more sturdy. I have caught my 5 year old actually standing on it (using it to get up on Daddy's chest of drawers!) and it survived that!

My friend got hers at birthwithsol.com. We had a very easy time creating her cast from it and it was a very complete kit.

I went to the local medical supply store and got the same materials individually, but it really didn't save any money. I just ran out of time before I could order off the net.
