ok i know i do not need to buy any non-gender clothing, we didn't kow what T was so i have 9 months worth of yellow nad green bought in 2005 while prgant with him

butttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt

I saw some really cute one-es at Target. yellow and white and green ... with cows and turtles on them (and a few ducks too).... so i got two differnt sets, one in 0 to 3 month and one in 3 to 6 months. one for example is white iwth tiny turlets on it : and one is yellow with a big cartoon cow on teh front :

i know i didn't NEED them -- but they ARE the first clothing i have bought and it is week 23 so i am doing good.

here is my question -- cross posted in LWAB

I found some great items at a local thrift store. I would try there. I found about 5 gowns from Carters that were new with tags for 20 and 40c each!

I loooooooove Hanna Andersson and though you definitely can't get it new for cheap, there are a lot of listings on eBay. Hanna Andersson seems to be more unisex than most brands.

So far I have only bought two pair of jammies and one outfit. I also have boxes and bags full of baby clothes, so am trying to use restraint!

Carter's has great stuff - if there's a store by you. They also carry it at Babies R Us. Ebay is a great place to find baby clothes, also check out if there are any consignment stores/sales going on in your area soon.

You are doing better than me, since I don't know the gender of both babies - I have buying way too much stuff. Like 2 blue cardigans if its 2 boys, and 1 blue and 1 pink if its a boy and girl. I figure I'll return whatever I need once I know the other baby's gender : I did get them on sale though

American Apparel has lots of color choices in onesies and lap tees, but it starts at 3-6 mo. Check amazon.com for American Apparel stuff.

I just accidentally came across a fairly affordable site with organic baby clothes: http://www.speesees.com/

Look up Speesees on google for other shops with their stuff too. There are some sales and what-not.
