Relief From Hay fever?

I need relief! I am looking for a holistic, natural approach to treating hay fever. Please post your advice.

subbing-my dd is suffering so badly! red itchy eyes and stuffy nose...poor thing!

I hear a jala neti cleaning (neti pot or some other nasal irrigation product) is helpful, but I don't know from personal experience... I plan to try it as soon as i can purchase a Neti-pot (currently unemployed).
