I got a garbage (!) bag of swiss chard today and I am planning on dry and freezing the leafs but was wondering about the stalks. There is a recipe for lf chard stalks in the preserving book byy the farmers of terre vivante ( it seems to have 2 different title and I was wondering if anyone has tried that...And then how do you eat them? as a ondiment?
