Any other gluten-free ladies?

Thread Starter
I do not have celiac, but I try to stay away from gluten, for reasons that have just now re-become clear. As I've mentioned elsewhere, all I've wanted to eat the last few days is pizza. So I gave in. And ugh, now my skin hurts, and I'm twice as bloated as I was, and I can't concentrate on anything (again, even more than before!!), and my joints are popping.
So can someone please tell me to stop this????
Anyone care to form a no-glutes support group?

Ordinarily, our whole family is gluten free. My son has really bad eczema, and after much testing and experimentation, we found out that he is gluten intolerant (not celiac, though). So, based on my own past with IBS etc.. I decided to try it, and I am still nursing him as well. Well, it made a HUGE difference in his eczema and my stomach issues, so we all just went gluten free. BUT now I'm so sick and can only eat/cook what doesn't make me want to throw up, which has only been english muffins, sandwiches etc... I feel really bad about it, but I just do not have the energy to make our own bread and prepare meals the way I usually do. And we are all feeling the effects. I hope that as soon as I get past this phase in the pregnancy I can get us back on board with a gluten free diet. Good luck to you!
