For Finch: Names in Harry Potter

I'm sorry Finch. I know the other day you asked about what I meant about the play on names in Harry Potter. My slueth skills failed to find or remember where that thread/question is. So here it is. A thread for you!

Whenever I see the names "Finch" and "Harry Potter" in the same sentence, I read the membername as "Filch" instead.

Am I the only one?

I'm reading Michael Palin's Sahara and came across the name of a famous explorer, Mungo Park...of course, being in a Potter mindset, this reminded me of St. Mungo's. I've looked at that link in the OP and it's not referenced there. Anyone know if St. Mungo's is named for Mungo Park?

There was a Saint Mungo, patron saint of Glasgow. Hogwarts is in Scotland (St. Mungo's Hospital is in London, but no matter) and JKR lives in Scotland. The Glasgow Coat of Arms features him on it. And some fish.

St. Mungo's is a homeless shelter and advocacy program.

Well, that was a few threads ago....I really can't remember who it was, to tell you the truth. I remember the thread (vaguely), though. It was (of course) a Harry Potter thread. That's about all my tired old brain can recall right now.
