dh and i have been trying for #2 since aug 2002 and a few days ago i got a bfp. and i am ashamed to say i have taken at least 14 more. they are all +, case you were curious.

after nearly 5 years, i am afraid to hope

13. Yup, I just finished the last one today, at 5 weeks. It got pretty dark at 11dpo, but I needed to see it get darker at a normal rate, because with my miscarriages, it didn't darken like "normal"

We haven't been ttc nearly as long as you but it has been a year for this one, with two miscarriages in '07 already.

Heh. Don't sweat it!
Last pregnancy, it took 18. Granted, they were (mostly) the cheap internet dipsticks or the dollar tree tests, so it didn't cost as much as say, the mortgage. But still. Lots and lots of tests.

This pregnancy took far fewer, more like five.

took six... but that's only because i HAD six... if i had a few more, i'm sure it would take those too...lol

6 here. But this pregnancy was a surprise (on BC) so it took some convincing. I don't think it's still fully sunk in.
