Also went out to dinner with DH tonight and saw an amusing t-shirt: "Pain is weakness leaving the body (US Marines)." I suggested to DH that he might want to remind me of that when I'm in labor.

He thought not.

Ya know, the very next time I hear "had that baby yet?? I'm going to reply "yes, as a matter of fact I did. just a few hours ago - I guess it's going to take a lot longer than I expected to get rid of all this pregnancy weight though...."

What a CRAZY thing to say to a clearl uncomfortable, potentially dangerous pregnant woman.

Everytime I call my grandparents or go over there I hear had that baby yet?! from my papa. I told my grandma if he did it again I'm threatening him with bodily harm. She promised to throw something at him today, when I see him in person he tells me he's delivered puppies and could totally deliver my baby. :| I love my papa very much, if it came down to it and he happened to be there I'd be totally cool with him delivering my baby but DAMMIT must he say it EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE HIM?!

Oh.. and the boys keep asking when I'll go into labor, is tomorrow the day you'll go into labor Mum? : If I freakin' knew believe me they'd be the first to know.

Don't worry honey! As soon as people stop asking if you have had the baby, they will start asking if the baby is sleeping through the night yet. It never ends! It is like that when you date, too. When are you getting engaged (we never heard that though...got engaged so fast), when are you getting married, then when are you having babies are just the start!
