Working through past birth trauma

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the right forum so please move if necessary.

I had a fairly traumatic birth with my son and have done quite a bit of work around it. Now that we are accepting our next little on it seems like some of those old fear based emotions are coming up again. Anyone know what kind of work I should be doing...I am open to really anything.

thank you so much in advance

A former client found this book helpful:

I'd also recommend lots of positive visualizations and talking to your care provider a LOT about how you hope to have a different experience. Not know what kind of trauma you went through, I can't be more specific, but I hope you have a wonderful, healing second birth.

just briefly...

I went very postdate...was at risk of being transferred to OB care (CA law)...my only shot at a vaginal was induction...

I was induced...VERY long story short...long labor, Jack went into distress and I spiked a fever (before the epi) and i ended up with a section.
