Clomid and using OPK's

I am on my third round of clomid...Now I have never gotten a positive OPK thru all this..And I have used every brand on the shelf..And I think am ovulating on the clomid cause I got a spectacular period last month.Here I am again...I took it days 3-7 and it is now day 14.My cm is starting to thin out and get stringy and my cervix is getting higher.
Has anyone else had this problem? I spent tons of $$$$ on those OPK's darn it...
I have started relying more on my cervical mucus although I am still using the opk's once or twice a day just cause I would love to see a postive for once in my life..

I am using donor sperm so my days of guessing are kind of limited...Know what I mean? I am beyond frustrated...Any help or advice would really be welcome...Thanks...

I did 9 rounds of clomid, and never once got one of those things to turn positive! My doctor told me to start using the OPK on cd12 and to come in to the clinic on cd16 if I hadn't surged by then, and they would give me a trigger injection of hCG (to trigger ovulation artificially). Then I would have an IUI with washed frozen donor sperm 24/36 hours later. This happened pretty much every cycle because my body just refused to ovulate naturally, I guess. But the last one worked, and my dd is now 17 mos old!

I would suggest contacting your doc for perhaps a trigger injection. Or maybe you just ovulate later than average? Hang in there.
