Help me identify this blood.

Hi Ladies!

Ok, here is the low down. My son is now 15 1/2 months old. My period just came back three weeks ago. I had my period for about 6 days which is normal. I am not expecting my period for another week, since my cycles were usually around 26-28 days. So yesterday I had some spotting. I was brownish with a slight tinge of red with a little mucus.

Is it more likely to be implantation spotting?

Or my body adjusting back into a normal cycle?

Just after I posted this I went to the bathroom and am now having fresher blood. Which makes it about 15 hours from the last discharge. So I believe this is more likely to be a period now.

When your period returns after pregnancy is it normal to have irregular cycles?

Yes it is very common to have irregular periods PP.
