Can't breathe..........

I can't breathe.....:

Baby girl has her head engaged already and is straight up and down with the occasional bum wave that makes her turn into an backwards C if that makes sense....but she's ready.....AND I AM ALL BELLY....

Bc of the HG I had, I've only gained about 5lbs total this pregnancy so in a sense, I am ALL BABY...she just doesn't have anywhere to go...I swear her bum is sitting ON my diaphram right now...

Up until a few days ago I could tailor sit on the sofa with my back straight up against it, arched slightly........but one can only sit that long until the back hurts....

Now, I can't even sit like that.....can't breathe...

Can't breathe sitting on the floor with dd to play bc I can't lean forward even a smidge bc bum is there.....

Tried laying on my left side with my snoogle, other pillows, no pillows and can't breathe....same for the right....

I think I am just so exhaused at the end of the day that I just fall asleep no matter how uncomfy I am and toss and turn I am sure but I don't know....

I tried belly breaths but that just makes my heart pound these days.....so I tried something else inbtwn and it made no difference...

One needs to breathe right??????? I don't dare go outside bc it's sooo hot (well, its the humidity today) and my hands swell almost immediatly....

I am very hydrated, BP is good.......

BH's take my breath away and I SWEAR when they happen I can feel it ALL OVER my upper body, down my arms when it tightens....

Anyone else?????

May x-post this in birth professionals just in case....

Have an appt tomorrow......so I'll ask then too....

I'm sorry it's hard for you to breathe. Just remember, it won't last forever.

perhaps a few visits to a chiropractor might help.
