I was good today

We just got a massive new H&M store here, and I went inside for a look-see (couldn't resist -- I had to see what all the fuss was about) but I walked out with NOTHING. There were so many cute things, so many great deals, and their kids' and baby clothes are adorable, but nope. I reminded myself that it doesn't matter if it's cheap or on sale; if I don't need it, it's not a bargain. And really, I don't NEED another shirt. It will feel much, much better when we have a nice, fat savings account instead of a trendy little $8 tee.

Anywways, just thought I'd share!

Way to go! We went to Target today, and I only bought what I went in for: windshield wiper fluid and Puffs (for my kiddos). I felt good about that.

But buying nothing is even better.

Man, H&M is sooo dangerous. I end up spending way too much there, when I didn't even go in to buy anything!

Target is the same way for me, though. I need just to stay home. It's the only way for me not ot spend anything. *sigh* that and stay off the computer!
