to have a 9lb baby and not tear!
to go from no signs of labor to baby being born in 24 hours
to have your labor start and go consistently but not too intense all night long then stall for about 8 hours just so you can spend time going for a walk to feed ducks with your little girl and take her to the playground then get in a big nap before a sudden return and push time.

I had contractions from 10:30pm-7am almost the whole time about 6ish minutes apart Thursday night. I thought for sure it was the real deal although the contractions were fairly mild. In the morning though they stalled out and I was wondering if my baby really was coming soon or if I had another week. We rested, took our little girl to feed ducks and play on the playground, then we went to lunch, then rested again. At 3:30 contractions started again and at 6:30 my baby was born. I kinda feel like I just had a 3 hour labor in some ways because of how easy the first part was and how long a break I had.

Needless to say I had a WONDERFUL homebirth! I was never real active on this board but reading your stories and experiences throughout pregnancy and especially at the end helped me prepare for this birth mentally and physically so much. Thank you ladies!

Congrats! And you've given me encouragement that at some point this baby might actually come out even though I have not one sign of labor
