India's Polio Epidemic Appears to be Iatrogenic in Origin

Sounds like the early 1950s in the USA?

India has a polio epidemic and it appears that its cause is from an unproven new vaccine that they are acting as unwitting guinea pigs for its study.

This has lead to a mistrust of the vaccine and the program.

For those of you looking for how "figures do not lie, but liars use figures", here is an example of how numbers are manipulated using cases of paralysis and polio:

Quote:
These apprehensions are not without reason. Of the 10,264 reported cases of AFP, 209 were cases of polio. Of the remaining 10,055 only 2,553 were followed up. npsp data reveal that approximately 4,800 cases had residual paralysis or died after acquiring in 2005 non-polio AFP. “The situation was even worse in 2006 after just six doses of MOPVI. It is not surprising that npsp is not keen on the follow up of these cases,” says Puliyel.
Well, at least, most of them did not have polio... ... .... (tongue in cheek!)

If they are doing to India what they are doing to the Philippines (give oral polio vaccine that has since been phased out in the US), I don't think they can ever eradicate polio.
Guess they really do need 3rd world countries to dump those unsafe vaccines, huh?

We live in a third world country. They gave my nanny's daughter the oral polio vax the same day they gave her three others. Poor baby had already been sick from several other things that month. She was seriously ill for about six weeks after that and it was pretty scary for her. They are all about the vax's in this country and it is scary! She started asking me why we don't vax and I have been trying to explain it gently to her. Recently her older daughter came down with varicella and the doc at the pharmacy suggested giving her baby the vax. I told her they don't give the vax to kids less than a year(she is only 7 months) anyways and talked to her about how it is normal for kids to get varicella. They really are experimenting with people lives over here.

This may seem offtopic, but it is not.

Remember: The BCP was first approved for sale by the FDA in 1960 after five years of research. One of the studies involved 132 Puerto Rican women who took the Pill for a year or more. Five of them died during the study, and no effort was made to find out why. This approval is based on careless, inadequate studies that established its effectiveness but offered no valid scientific proof that it was safe for human use. More than 200 million women have used the BCP worldwide. It has changed formulation many times and there are no studies made to follow up on one formula or another.

Typical behaviour of the pharmaceutical mind.

Hmm...I wonder if this is connected in any way with the women here who were sterilized without consent....

Anyways, India has the problem (amongst many others) that records for vaxes aren't kept. So you have a child receiving the same vax 5, 6, 8, even 10 times. Then worker wonder why villagers throw stuff at health workers and threaten to hurt them. Hell I would too! Did these people ever think for a moment that assaulting the body with 10 doses of polio vax......might actually cause polio?! :
