Pink Tower/Red Rods shelved?

Interesting tidbit.........in visiting a few different schools I have noticed different ways the sensorial items are placed on the shelves for the children........possibly due to space constraints but maybe also to provide and interesting aspect for the children??
I have seen the pink tower cubes laid horizontally left to right/big to small, also stacked on its on stand, and also all cubes in a large basket.
Rods I have seen laid horizontally on a shelf and also arranged vertically in a store bought stand.

How does your school arrange its pinktower/red rods?

I will have to do some research to see if there is an original recommended placement.

I haven't noticed with the cubes, but the preschool side of DD's school has the rods laid horizontally on a shelf, graded according to size with the single unit at the front, ranging to the longest one (is it 10?) at the back.

At DD's school, the pink tower is stacked according to height and I am not 100% sure about the rods but I think they are arranged vertically in a stand.
