I woke up around 4am with a few strong contractions, then fell back asleep for a while, only to be awoken by a big gush! No real pattern or intensity to contractions yet--just a big, dull ache. My MWs, who each live about a half hour away, happen to be at another birth that's pretty far along and less than a mile away from our house, so one of them can be right over when need be. Am going to try to go back to sleep--will keep you guys posted!
