I take a pre/post-natal vitamin by nutri-west. They don't make me sick at all. I also take a pre/post-natal mineral, Fish Oil by Pharmax and Omega 3 co-factors(helps the body absorb and metabolize the fish oil). I also add a cal/mag/vit D capsule sometimes since I don't consume much dairy. Oh, and I always take an enzyme with HCL every time I eat. It really helps my digestion and eliminates any heartburn.
Of all of these, I personally feel like the fish oil is the most important for my body. When I forget to take it for a few days, I really notice the difference in my emotional stability!!
