Is this normal?

We've been ttc #2 for 13 months. I am at CD 40. I have had cramps, nausea, peeing a lot, etc. Only BFN's when I have tested. It's been 8 months since I've stopped BF. Today my bra gets wet from BM. I've always had a few drops since I stopped, but not like this. I have no ideas what is going on. Any thoughts??? Should I call my OB? I would love to know if I'm pregnant or not, but they are not keen on doing blood tests in HPT is negative.

I don't know how many DPO I am. I was sick this month and charting fell by the way side. I used a CVS test that is supposed to tell you before AF arrives. Normally my cycles are 32 days. 35 at the absolute longest.

if you were sick, it is extremely likely you o'd late and it could be too early to test. have you been checking your cm? i wonder if what you are feeling now could be signs of ovulation? not sure about the breastmilk, though.
