EPO Question

This is my first cycle taking EPO. I am taking 500mg daily just to 'enhance' the little bit of EWCM I get already. The earliest I have o'ed since charting is CD23 but I average about CD27. I am on CD 13 and already having way more creamy/borderline watery CM than normal for this time in my cycle. I highly doubt I will o early so is it possible the EPO is having this effect? I know it helps with EWCM so it makes sense it would also increase creamy CM but I wasn't sure. Any one who takes/took EPO have any thoughts. Thanks!

I don't know much about it, but I took it for only the first 5 days or so of my cycle this time...then I quit because I got a chest cold and the EPO was making me drown in my own chest gunk! I'm on Clomid, which is supposed to dry out your CM. I haven't had EWCM in months, and I got some today! While on Clomid! And I can only think that the EPO had something to do with it even though I didn't take very much.

So sorry for my rambling, just wanted to say I've noticed earlier and increased CM of all kinds this month!

All I can tell you is what I experienced the month I took it...and it was NOT good news! I had TONS of creamy CM, starting right off the bat, and then during my normal O time, lots of EWCM....BUT I didnt O!
It delayed my O till my normal AF day, and made for a really long, really wonky cycle!
I did take a little more then you are, I took 2 caplets, to make 1000 mg.

I take 1000mg and I don't get more days of EWCM, I just get more in quantity. It has not effected my O at all. O can be quite variable (as opposed to the very static LP), due to stress, sleep, diet, exercise, etc.
It should only be taken from AF to O because it can cause uterine contractions that would interfere with implantation.

I am worried about it delaying my already late o which is why I am only trying 500 mg to start. If it messes with this cycle I won't try it again next cycle. I feel like my body is a science experiment since we began TTC!

My o has varied from CD23 to CD31 since I began charting last Fall so I am already all over the place. I can't seem to pinpoint the causes though as you have. My LP is also pretty reliable at 12 days. Since this is my first cycle using EPO I am not sure what effect only 500 mg will have on my EWCM but time shall tell. Thanks for your thoughts!
