Let me also add that I really want a home birth, but can't have one because of the laws here.
So the person I'm seeing is the best I can do for where I am.
So yesterday my Lt commander naval hospital CNM(sigh), who has said up until now that it was fine for me not to have an u/s, that she has to do on quick u/s to make sure my placenta isn't covering my cervix. She want's to do this next time I see her at 32 weeks. I don't. I feel like it's a lame excuse to look around in there against my wishes.
Is she serious, has to, check this way? Is there no other way to do this?
