Need recommendations for a spice grinder/mill

I just got a spice rack, and I love it! Now I just need a spice mill/grinder for stuff like mustard seed, peppercorn and fennel. Any suggestions? It doesn't have to be electric, but I would prefer a grinder that loads and grinds from the top. I have one that loads on the top and grinds on the bottom, but if I put anything smaller than a peppercorn in there, it falls out of the bottom! So if you lovely ladies could suggest me something, I'd greatly appreciate it. :

Yes! For anything dried, I love love love my coffee grinder. Pour in and whirl. Works well for things like flax seeds, nuts, etc. too.

Know where I could buy one?

I third the coffee grinder. Just make sure you use it exclusively for spices and don't try and go back and forth between spices and coffee.

Pretty much any kitchen store or large retailer (Target, Sears, Bed, Bath and Beyond) will have reasonably price coffee grinders.

I bought a cheap $10 coffee grinder at some generic housewares stores. But I see the same grinder at Target, Bed Bath and Beyonds, etc
