How does FF interpret triphasic?

I had a triphasic pattern at 5dpo but FF is not saying anything about it. I even tried to play around a bit and add a few more days of high temps, still nothing. But if I moved stuff around and made the shift on 7dpo then it said possibly triphasic. So my guess is that FF only considers it triphasic if it occurs on 7dpo or after?

If so, that is dumb. : I implanted with my last baby on 5dpo and had my temp shift on 6dpo.

You got it - it won't recognize a shift as triphasic untill it occurs after 7 DPO. It is all about probability. The majority of triphasic charts occur at 7 DPO or later. A rise before that could simply be post-O temps still rising.

FF has to have parameters set to make an accurate interpretation in the majority of charts. For the majority of charts, a temp rise at 5 DPO would not indicate implantation.

But that's where your eyes come into play. : You may also find it helpful to ask the VIP ladies their intereptation. I've found the VIP section of the community board very helpful (although I think it is only available with the paid subscription, not the free version of FF).

Your chart looks great!!! I hope this is your month for a BFP!!!! When do you plan to start testing? If you implanted early, you should be able to test early - right? Sorry to be such a pee stick pusher, but I'm excited and hopeful for your results.

Thanks! That explains it.

I hope it is too, but I'm not "feeling it" anymore so I'm having my doubts.
