Ctx 4-7 min apart for the past two hours and HOLY GOD have the last six been rough. Tons of bloody show. Midwife is on her way, and DH and I are eating the still-too-hot cake I baked.

Not in your DDC, but I've read some of your other posts about your contractions and discomfort, so I am very excited for you!

Hoping all that practice you had for being in labor with all the contractions means an easy labor now that it's finally time!

Nico was born at 4:10 am, at home. Wow.

9lbs, 11 oz with a huge head, not even a skid mark.

My midwife and doula were wonderful. My husband was AMAZING.
