I am new to TF and I have ordered a copy of nourishing traditions to help me get started.
In the meantime, I want to start soaking my grains.
We eat a lot of rice, brown rice pasta, potatoes, some beans and quinoa.
Which one of these do I soak - I was thinking the brown rice, beans and quinoa can all be soaked. Do you just soak them in water in the refrigerator overnight? Also, are potatoes part of this diet? We have wheat and egg allergies so we are already limited.
