Dealing with the death of a loved one is unbearable enough without dealing with the insensitivities of your MIL on top of it. (When I lost my dad I wanted life to stand still for a while and not have to deal with day-to-day living.) Take care of yourself and allow yourself to grieve. (I also believe your father knows you are pregnant.)

Last night was kind of tough, when you lay in bed it's easy for your thoughts to wander, even if you try forcing yourself to think of something else. My 16 month old was extra (strangely) sweet last night though - maybe she feels the stress coming from me. She kept stroking my face and grinning at me. Sweet angel. I needed that. *sigh*
