Clarissa Frances was born yesterday at 10:34 am. She was born in water and covered with vernix. We had wondered about twins for the last half of the pregnancy, but I was so relieved after she was out to learn that I didn't have to push out another one. This was my easiest and longest labor (15 hrs), hardest pushing phase and (so far) easiest recovery. My flow is already decreasing at 36 hrs after birth.
Clarissa is beautiful and calm and nursing well. She's 8 lbs 12 ozs and we are all in love.
