Our Baby is Here!

We had an unplanned induction on Thursday following a weekly visit to the midwife/ob because my BP was 150/90 and I was spilling protein. The birth was at the hospital and other than the pitocin was wonderful! We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience- we went in around noon on the 26th and delivered at 7 am on the 27th. Other than the pitocin the delivery was unmedicated and the L&D nurse was very supportive and helpful. I will write the birth story later- it was wonderful.

I'm glad your induction went well!!! Can't wait to hear the whole birth story!! Natural births are so amusing to me outside of the hospital, but I see it as a real feat to be able to go all natural in the hospital. You did an AWESOME job!
