I tried a recipe for the buttermilk yeast bread (in the NT book) and started it yesterday and left it for 24 hours like it said. But I used store bought buttermilk, not homemade....it's pasteurized and all that stuff. Is that okay? I am worried that it might make us sick since it's been sitting out and it's not raw. I need to go do the rest of the stuff to it now because it's been 24 hours so I need help quick! Thanks.
